Required Pre-Lab Activity

Completing the NYU Tandon MakerSpace Safety Orientation is a required pre-lab activity for Lab 6. This requires watching two short videos and then signing up for and completing the in-person portion of the training. The links to the videos and the in-person signup are available on the MakerSpace website, under the Training & Reservations page: https://makerspace.engineering.nyu.edu/orientation

You must be logged in with your Net ID to access the two videos and so that your quiz answers can be verified. Be sure to click the blue button at the end of the Orientation and Ultimaker videos to submit your quiz answers.

Once you’ve watched the videos, sign up for an in-person training session according to your EG section. The schedule for Fall 2022 will be:

• Week of September 18: Sections A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, and B3
• Week of September 25: Sections C1, C2, C3, D1, D2, and D3
• Week of October 2: Sections E1, E2, E3, F1, F2, and F3
• Week of October 9: Sections G1, G2, and G3
