Software Package
The School of Engineering provides a software package for students that includes most of what you will need for this course. Contact the Tandon IT Help Desk at soehelpdesk@nyu.edu for more information.
Unsupported Platforms
EG1004 explicitly does not offer support for any of the following platforms:
- OpenOffice/LibreOffice
- Google Docs
- iWork: Pages, Numbers, and Keynote
- Linux/Unix
- ChromeOS
- Mobile Devices: iOS/Android/Windows Phone
The use of any of these above mentioned platforms may cause formatting issues and submission troubles. Students may be penalized for these incompatibilities.
