Printing Services
The NYU Print Service exists to help students meet their on-campus printing needs. The NYU Print Status tool has a live map that you can use to find printers nearby and see if they have paper, toner, and are functioning correctly. NYU IT does their best to keep this information as up-to-date as possible, but if you encounter a broken printer, please report it.
Microsoft Office
The full Microsoft Office 2021 application is available to be installed on student-owned Windows or Mac laptops by visiting the Tandon IT Help Desk or Tandon IT Laptop Help Desk. They are located in 2 MetroTech Center, 10th Floor, Rooms 1023 and 1018, respectively. Their hours are Mon–Fri 9am–5pm. If you are having trouble locating the help desks, please contact them at soehelpdesk@nyu.edu. The cost of the software is covered by the Technology Fee, paid as part of your tuition.
